Shipping and deliveries

Shipping fees

For orders over €50, shipping costs in Italy and throughout the European Union are free.

For orders over €50, shipping costs to the countries of England, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain are €15.

For orders over €50, shipping costs to the remaining non-EU countries are €10.

For orders under €50, a supplement of €6 is applied.

Cash on delivery service (valid only for shipments to Italy) the supplement is €5.

Delivery time

Delivery is normally carried out in 2/4 working days (3/5 working days for islands, Calabria, Basilicata, Puglia, Campania), unless different times are indicated directly on the product page.

The availability of products can also vary very quickly, for this reason the timing can range from a few hours (for goods already available in stock and payment by credit card or PayPal) to a few days (goods available and payment by bank transfer). In particular cases of goods not immediately available in the warehouse, the times could be longer than normal; in these cases, it will be agreed with the customer, based on the expected arrival of the unavailable goods, whether or not to proceed with a partial fulfillment of the order. order, with a model replacement or with a possible refund. If your order includes optical frames, sunglasses or ski goggles that are not available at the time the order is processed, we reserve the right to cancel the request by informing you of the lack of availability and any waiting times for the replenishment of the missing product. If the product is no longer available or requires restocking times that you are not willing to wait for, the order will be considered null and void. If you have already made the advance payment, we will refund the entire amount paid.

Shipments to the European Union (outside Italy) are made via DPD courier.

Delivery times for European Union countries are 3/6 working days. (for islands: 10/15 working days with post)

EXTRA EU shipments are made via postal service.

Delivery times for NON-EU countries are 20/25 working days.

Returns and refunds

You can proceed with the request for return or exchange of goods within 14 days from the delivery date.


Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation is provided for the purchase of items online on the site. The deadline within which to exercise the right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt of the goods, within which the Customer is required to notify the owner of the site; after this date the return request cannot be considered valid. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

  • The right applies to individual Products purchased in their entirety;
  • The purchased Product(s) must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation);
  • The transport costs relating to the return of the Product are borne by the Customer;
  • Returns are under the complete responsibility of the Customer.
  • Personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, the owner of the site will refund the customer the entire amount already paid, including shipping costs, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. The refunded amount will be net of the costs for returning the products, which will remain the responsibility of the Customer.

How to make a return

After receiving and verifying your return, we will refund the returned items within 30 calendar days of courier delivery. The transport costs relating to the return of the product are borne by the Customer.

How to make an exchange

If you do not like the size purchased or the product, you can request a replacement with another size or model after checking availability. To request an exchange of goods, fill out the appropriate online form. Fill in the required fields and send your request. Once your request has been processed, we will contact you to define the times and terms of the goods exchange. The transport costs relating to the return of the product are borne by the Customer.

Status of the products

The products must be intact, not worn, broken or deteriorated. The products must be in the packaging they were in when you received them complete with labels and any other parts that make them up. The products must be provided with appropriate packaging (envelope/box etc.), this packaging must be used to re-insert the goods.

How to receive your refund

In order to receive a refund you must first have made the return request using the appropriate online form.

  • If you made the purchase via cash on delivery (cash on delivery) we will refund via bank transfer.
  • If you made the purchase by bank transfer we will make the refund by bank transfer.

When you will receive your refund

Warranty

Titano Sport ensures the originality, quality and authenticity of the products sold.

All products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect and in any case by informing Titano Sport of the aforementioned defects within two months from the date on which they were detected. Damage caused by bad or improper use of the product, including deterioration or deterioration due to use, is not guaranteed. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover any breakages due to misuse or poor maintenance and/or accidental damage by the consumer. Scratching or scratches of the lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by the warranty unless it is proven that the product had such a defect upon delivery. It should be noted that Titano Sport is not responsible for direct or indirect damage to people or things resulting from the malfunctioning of the products.
