How can I place an order?
Placing an order on the titanosport.com online shop is very simple. You can use the search field and enter the name of the item or its code. Or you can use the menu, through which you can select the appropriate section. Once you have identified the desired product, click on "add to cart", fill in the shipping information, make the payment and you will receive confirmation of your order via email.

What payment methods are accepted?
The main payment methods are:

  • PayPal, through which you can pay with your PayPal account or you can also pay with your credit card, in this case it is not necessary to have a PayPal account;
  • Credit cards: through the payment gateway you can pay with the most used credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard);
  • Cash on delivery: it is possible to pay in cash to the courier directly upon delivery of the package. This payment method is valid only for shipments to Italy and includes an additional cost indicated during order confirmation;
  • Bank transfer: this payment method is valid only for shipments to Italy. Once the order has been confirmed you will receive the bank details to which you can make the transfer. Once we receive the bank transfer, we will arrange the shipment.

Can I make a return?
Sure. Contact our customer service indicating your order number and you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

When will my order be delivered?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking link for your package via email.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Sure. If the order has not yet been shipped you can modify or cancel your order. Contact our customer service indicating your order number.

In case of return or cancellation of the order, when will I receive the refund?
In case of return or cancellation of the order, the refund is expected within 30 calendar days of delivery by the courier to our warehouse. We remind you that the reimbursement times vary depending on the payment method made:

  • For refunds on credit cards, from when you receive confirmation of the cancellation, the times are approximately 2-15 working days, depending on the credit card issuing circuit;
  • For refunds to a PayPal account, crediting times are approximately 1-3 working days;
  • For refunds to a bank account, crediting times are approximately 2-7 working days.

How to receive a discount voucher?
If you sign up for the Titano Sport newsletter, you will receive a discount code via email that you can use for your next purchase. We remind you that discount codes cannot be combined.
