Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation is provided for the purchase of items online on the site. The deadline within which to exercise the right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt of the goods, within which the Customer is required to notify the owner of the site; after this date the return request cannot be considered valid. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- The right applies to individual Products purchased in their entirety;
- The purchased Product(s) must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation);
- The transport costs relating to the return of the Product are borne by the Customer;
- Returns are under the complete responsibility of the Customer.
- Personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, the owner of the site will refund the customer the entire amount already paid, including shipping costs, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. The refunded amount will be net of the costs for returning the products, which will remain the responsibility of the Customer.
How to make a return
In order to receive a refund you must first have made the return request using the appropriate online form. Fill in the required fields and send your request. Once your request has been processed, we will contact you to arrange the return of the goods. After receiving and verifying your return, we will refund the returned items within 30 calendar days of courier delivery. The transport costs relating to the return of the product are borne by the Customer.
How to make an exchange
If you do not like the size purchased or the product, you can request a replacement with another size or model after checking availability. To request an exchange of goods, fill out the appropriate online form. Fill in the required fields and send your request. Once your request has been processed, we will contact you to define the times and terms of the goods exchange. The transport costs relating to the return of the product are borne by the Customer.
Status of the products
The products must be intact, not worn, broken or deteriorated. The products must be in the packaging they were in when you received them complete with labels and any other parts that make them up. The products must be provided with appropriate packaging (envelope/box etc.), this packaging must be used to re-insert the goods.
How to receive your refund
In order to receive a refund you must first have made the return request using the appropriate online form.
- If you made the purchase via cash on delivery (cash on delivery) we will refund via bank transfer.
- If you made the purchase by bank transfer we will make the refund by bank transfer.
- If you made the purchase via credit card/PayPal we will refund directly to the card/account you paid with.
If your return request falls within the useful terms and after having verified the integrity of the returned product, we will proceed with the refund of the returned items within 30 working days of delivery by the courier.
When you will receive your refund
The reimbursement times vary depending on the method in which it is carried out.
- For refunds on credit cards, from when you receive confirmation of the cancellation, the times are approximately 2-30 working days, depending on the credit card issuing circuit.
- For refunds to a PayPal account, crediting times are approximately 1-3 working days.
- For refunds to a bank account, crediting times are approximately 2-7 working days.
